The Emergence Creative Festival is set to hold the official launch of its 2017 program on Friday 4th November at creative space Friday’s Studio as part of the WA Music Festival (WAMFest).

The South West Showcase will feature music from emerging South West talent Tom Day, Michael Triscari, Formidable Vegetable Sound System, Blue Child Collective and Kachina DJ’s, as well as a collaborative art exhibition from Surface Collective – a group of talented photographers, artists and illustrators from the South West.

The evening will also be a platform to announce the first release program and keynote speakers of the Emergence Creative Festival 2017.

“Bringing the sounds, visuals, tastes and good vibes from the South West up to Perth for a South West showcase during the WAMFest was a logical place for us to officially launch Emergence 2017.” Said Festival Director Erin Molloy.

“We’re looking forward to taking over the incredible space at Friday’s Studio on Old Aberdeen St. and getting everyone together for a great night of music and art, as well as sharing what’s in store for Emergence next year.”

Tickets are open to public to purchase and are $10 via Eventbrite or free with WAMCon passes.
